NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
To the Members of the Montclair Board of Education and Citizens:
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with P.L. 1975 C.231, the “OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT”, and pursuant to N.J.S.A 10:4-9, a Special Emergency Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include budgetary issues, attorney-client privileged information, and litigation update re: Kraus v. MBOE. The Board will go into closed session. Action may be taken by the Board. The meeting will take place at the George Inness Annex Atrium, located at 141 Park Street, Montclair, New Jersey. Click HERE for the live stream.
The Montclair Board of Education will hold the Workshop Board Meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The meeting will take place at the George Inness Annex Atrium, located at 141 Park Street, Montclair, New Jersey. It will begin at 6:30 pm and then go immediately into Closed Session until approximately 7:30 pm, when the meeting will re-open to the public.
